How it can help you:

• Helps reduce impulsive phone pickups
• Makes phone use more intentional, instead of automatic
• Helps stop quick “just checking” moments from turning into scrolling
• Protects study, work, reading, and deep focus time
• Gives you the choice between short-delay access or locking your phone away completely
• Quick Access Mode is useful when you still need your phone nearby, but want a 1 minute pause before opening it
• Timed Lock Mode is useful when you want your phone fully locked away for a set time, up to 24 hours

How it works

There are two ways to use this lock box:

1. Quick Access Mode

Place your phone inside and lock the lid in place. When you want to access your phone, press the button to start the 1 minute countdown.

Once the countdown finishes, the lid can be unlocked for 10 seconds. If you don’t open it within that 10 second window, the box automatically locks again.

This is useful when you still want access to your phone, but want a short pause before grabbing it.

2. Timed Lock Mode

You can also lock your phone away for a set amount of time, up to 24 hours.

This is useful for study sessions, work blocks, reading, sleep, or times when you don’t want access to your phone at all.

The goal isn’t to remove your phone completely — it’s to make picking it up less automatic.
